Feel Like A Kid
Feel like A Kid is an interactive workshop that will help you build a
musical theatre camp from the ground up. The arts are a link to our cultural and social worlds. Offering opportunities for students that might otherwise not have a chance to participate in a play or make music. These activities are crucial to developing well rounded, culturally and socially aware members of society. Theatre and music offer far more than just a creative outlet. Participation in the arts enhances reading ability, artistic literacy, the ability to express ones self and communication skills just to name a few. A musical theatre camp givs participants an opportunity to explore and create in a unique situation that is not always available in the classroom setting or during the school year. This is also an effective way to connect community with University Theatre Departments and to allow students to explore creative expression through drama and music.
